Why is the Sky Blue? ☀️

It looks blue because of how the Earth's atmosphere scatters light from the sun! Sunlight is made of all the colors of the rainbow, but tiny particles in the air scatter the blue light waves more than the other colors. So, when you look up, you see a beautiful blue sky!

What Makes a Volcano Erupt? 🌋

Deep under the Earth, it's super hot! This heat melts rock into a thick, sticky liquid called magma. When too much pressure builds up from gases inside the magma, it pushes its way to the surface and... BOOM! An eruption happens, and the magma that flows out is now called lava.

How Do Plants "Eat"? 🌱

Plants are amazing chefs! They make their own food using a cool process called photosynthesis. They use sunlight for energy, water from the ground, and a gas from the air called carbon dioxide to create sugary food to help them grow. It's like they're having a sunny picnic all day long!
